Al J. Simon is a Mindfulness Specialist, Zen Sherpa, Chaos Energy Explorer, Chi Master, author, and teacher. He has been involved in meditation, mindfulness, and chi life energy for over thirty years.
Al learned his first Qigong chi energy exercises in 1975 (back when it was called “Chinese yoga”). He began studying Taoism, Zen, and Zen meditation in 1982, and began Tai Chi in 1984. In addition to these Eastern paths, he also spent the better part of the decade between 2000 and 2010 exploring Western esoteric, motivational, and mindfulness approaches.
Along the way, Al has become a Tai Chi and Qigong Master recognized by the Headfounders Grandmasters Council and the International Martial Arts Council of America. He has also been inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame three times, including as a Master and as a Founder, for his innovations to Tai Chi and Qigong.

Learning the secrets of mindfulness has been key to Al’s success, and his ability to apply the secrets has produced accomplishments in many different areas.
As a software engineer, Al is the co-inventor of 11 U.S. Patents for innovative Internet technologies in Web Browsing, Internet audio, and Internet telephony. As a business partner and/or consultant, Al has helped develop a number of small businesses online and offline in health, exercise, web publishing, eBook publishing, web software, and even office space design, printing services, and mailing services. Al has also helped publish numerous books from other authors, in everything from nutrition to survival prepping.
